The UP School of Economics Program in Development Economics and Minimal Government Thinkers, Inc. invite you to a health symposium entitled: IMPROVING ACCESS TO HEALTH: Should the Governemnt Intervene More?

The seminar will be held on Wednesday, 17 September 2008, 2:00 PM at the Room 111 of the UP School of Economics. Registration is free!

The symposium will tackle issues such as medicine prices, patents and IPR of pharmaceutical products, health financing, socialized health care, and country experiences in India, UK and the Philippines. Speakers are:
